As the Chief Revenue Officer, Joe spends most of his time focusing on new and existing business sales, marketing strategy, and vendor development. With an innate capacity to visualize ‘what could be’ and the willingness to take risks, Joe spearheaded the recent rebranding of SOLUS Network Solutions. A few months later, SOLUS Technology Solutions was reborn with a new look and website that better represents the company’s continued focus on evolving with the technology world and client needs. Joe’s dedication to helping clients design and implement cloud-based solutions that enhance employee and customer experience through communication, collaboration, and productivity technology is evident in everything he touches.
If you were a superhero, your superpower would be: Fearlessness – is that a superpower? As a “Citizen of Heaven”, I fear nothing. That comfort gives me the ability to do the things I’ve done in my life. I’ve been scuba diving all over the world and even went cage diving with great white sharks on my 13th anniversary with my amazing wife. I love adventure – whether it’s hunting big game, swimming with big fish, bungee jumping, skydiving, white water rafting, or riding rollercoasters with my identical twin daughters. I aim to live life to the fullest and enjoy every day that I have on this big rock we call Earth.
Most important lesson you’ve learned in your professional career: “No” only means “No” today.” Being in sales for 30+ years, I have learned that persistence and consistency in my efforts to help clients pay off – not just for my business but for my customers as well. Often times, clients don’t know what they don’t know, and it’s my job to patiently learn about their business challenges and educate them on the best possible options available to them. For me, it’s not about sales numbers, though. It’s about fostering a relationship with clients and being a trusted advocate that will fight for their success.
Best piece of advice you’ve ever received: Work harder than everyone else and be honest and you will succeed!!
